Things are not really jumping around so I'll just be random.
My little sis has her stitches out. Hooray for her! There is only a scar left. I haven't seen it yet however, because well I stayed home pretty much the day.
My older brother had to go to a basketball game that finishes up his day camp. My older sis and dad went. I stayed home with my doggies. I listened to some music and watched a couple of movies. They were gone all day almost and got back at 3:30 something. My mom got me a small bag of cheetos, which I instantly munched on. Momzy got mad that I did.
Ok, now for the random stuff:

ANY MORE NEWS BEFORE DEPARTURE:
I got a sleeping bag for camp and a swimsuit. I'm so pysched!
If there is one thing I don't like about summer, tis' the heat. I did not say I enjoyed it, no, it is the no school time I enjoy. My favorite seasons are actually fall and spring. Not too hot and not too cold. But no, summer is too hot. I can hear my socks, sweaters and long sleeve shirts calling for me...I want some chilliness in the air.
Things have been moving at different paces so don't expect me to post alot. I've got things to do....oh well.
This is the list of fun things I've done so far this summer:
1. Jewlery and Cooking day camp
2. Ball game
3. 4-H
4. Tea party
And I still have to:
1. Go to summer camp.
Yes! I shall be departing for camp in a couple of weeks. No it is not another day camp, it's overnight. I'm extremely nervous but I have my older siblings coming with me for moral support. So anyways, my mom is taking us shopping for supplies this week maybe.
I'm already making plans for school...I have asked my mom to get a couple of study guides for literature in Language Arts, such as "The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe" and "Witch of Blackbird Pond". I have only seen the movie for the Narnia book and I only got half way through "Witch of Blackbird Pond"(I had to give it back to the library). Let's see how good I can do in this...as for Math this year I have Pre-algebra, which is said to be easy. I think not. Math is hard.
I have no idea what I shall be doing for Science, certainly not Biology however. I admit it: I am not the girl who likes to get her hands slimy. In other words, it's the dissecting that creeps me out. You will just have to get me a gas mask if I'm doing that. But thank the LORD I'm not doing Biology this year. My older sister is however, we'll just see how that goes.
I really don't have much to update on...my younger sister gets her stitches out on Friday(yay for her!), my brother has basketball day camp this week, and I'm stuck at home. That gives me plenty of time to read though!
Before I go, I'd like to share part one of one of my favorite episodes from The Waltons: "The Foundling".
Yesterday my sisters and I went to a tea party hosted by one of our friends(Angel at http://shycountrygal.blogspot.com/). I had quite a lovely time. We played a couple of games, including Poor Pussycat and Pass the Teapot, both quite fun. Especially the teapot game, I laughed so hard I had to sit down. You see the whole jist of the game is that someone has to stand in the middle with their eyes closed while everyone else passes a little teapot around. When the person opens their eyes they have to guess who has the teapot. I was the culprit a couple of times. And if that person has it, it's their turn to be in the middle.
The treats at teatime were delicious(I especially loved the lemon bars). I've never actually tried warm tea before, but I must say for trying it the first time ever it tasted good. I must convince my mom to make some at home sometime.
I must say that afternoon passed rather quickly. We did get some pictures however, if you would like to see them, feel welcome to visit Angel's blog to take a look. And you'll see me in a few, just look for the girl wearing a pink dress and hair ribbon. Oh wait I'll share a picture right now:
I'm the taller girl wearing the pink dress(of course) and the girl in orange is my older sis.
Before we left, one of my other friends who was there let me borrow one of her books. It's called "Lady Carliss and the Waters if Moorue", book four in the Knights of Arrethrae series by Chuck Black(same guy who wrote Kingdom Series). I do say I am throughly enjoying it. No I have not read the first three books, I'll get around to that another time. Expect to see a review of this book once I have finished it. I can guarrantee you, it will be lengthy and high.
I must be running along now, fare thee well till tomorrow or whenever.
Here’s the news story:
“When Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, touched down at Calgary Airport yesterday, 6-year-old Diamond Marshall, her little head bald from her battle with cancer, ran up and threw herself right
into into her royal idol’s arms.”
I found this news story truely touching, this is the type of news they need to show nowadays. If you know anyone suffering from cancer or any other disease, share this story with them. Give them a hug to let you know they care as much as Princess Kate did for this little girl.
Let me start off this entry by singing "Happy birthday" to my dear momzy.
I'm not specifying how old she is, for she would not want me to do that, lol. Well she's already got her presents opened, I got her a pretty pair of sunglasses. My older sister got her a candy bar and my older brother got her a movie "The Patriot"(I personally like that movie myself). My younger sister didn't get her anything(she's at camp duh). My mom loved all her presents. It really made her day, because nothing but disaster has occured today.
Well the morning wasn't a disaster, but she did have to take me to a 4-H activity and my older sister to hospital volunteering. The 4-H activity I did was making t-shirts, I'm wearing one right now.
Now onto something horrible...while I was at home later today, we got a phone call from my mom(she was somewhere with daddy). She said she had gotten a call from my sister's summer camp. It seems this little buddy of mine cut her foot on something and had to go get stitches. EIGHT WHOLE STITCHES. Ouch. Poor Sis(11). The bad news is, for two whole weeks, sister(11) has to hobble around on crutches with her foot all wrapped. Please pray for her speedy recovery. And pray that doesn't happen to me next month.
Well, I'm relaxing right now. Don't have much else to say, but here is part two of my mini Barbie movie:
